The Skinny: • Conduct classes in our centres in Shenzhen • Plan, lead and teach lesson to our young learners, ages 3-17 • Use a variety of interactive media and courseware for strong student engagement Teaching Responsibilities: • Prepare, lead and conduct lessons that connect and engage students • Creatively utilize and develop supplementary materials when necessary • Assess student development and maintain class records • Plan and execute projects and participate in events including conducting workshops and extracurricular events in addition to cataloguing supplementary materials depending on the needs of each school You have: • Great energy and a sense of creativity in the classroom • A natural ability to engage and connect to our young learners • Ability to multitask • A desire to build strong leadership experience as a teacher • Two years minimum working experience • At least a year of teaching experience • Increased salary offered for CELTA/TEFL certification Your EF benefits package: • 12,000 - 13,000RMB per month • Annual leave:10 paid annual leave days plus 11 national holidays • Flight allowance for travel • Z Work Visa provided • Arrival Support: Airport pick-up and two free weeks of hotel accommodation • Health insurance • 10,000RMB salary advance available • Training and development programs including sponsored TKT certification • Free Mandarin lessons Please apply online at ef/teach.
