Engr. Lolita Vinalay, chief meteorological officer of PAGASA Butuan shared to the members of the Caraga Regional Disaster Risk Reduction & Managemt Council (RDRRMC) during its full council meeting, the seasonal climate outlook of the country for the months of October to December 2013. She said the weather systems that may influence the country including Caraga region are the tail end of cold front, intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), easterly wave, ridge of high pressure area (HPA), the easterlies & about 5-8 tropical cyclones.
