Itamar and Shikma Cohen are pioneering farmers and sheep herders on our most remote hilltop, literally living in tents trying to preserve our everlasting inheritance and maintaining Jewish ownership in the vital area joining the Jordan Valley into Gav Hahar. They face immense struggles in this endeavor.
