Enjoying a nice day off with the family! I am cooking all the meals for the week. Tonight is homemade pizza one of the kids favorites and Monday through Wed. Is done as well. I dont no know about you but preparing ahead of time makes long or hectic nights easy. Shawn and I have been doing this for about 2 years pretty religiously. The family has Mon. flank steak/asparagus, Tues. Bbq chicken and red potatoes and Wed. turkey/lean beef wheat spaghetti on Wed. All the fruit and veggies are grab and go! House cleaning and shopping complete just waiting for the kids and hubby to come back from Game Farm Park then I asked if they would watch Frozen. I heard its really good?
