Enjoying local cuisine on my layover. I got handmade noodles with beef and out of this world shrimp and pork dim sum. HK is 13 hrs ahead of CST so my body is getting dinner for breakfast. HK is such an amazing melting pot of Asian, Indian, Arabic and European cultures. This is probably the first place here fusion cuisine was created. where else in the world can you find Peking duck pizza or curry with Asian noodles?
