Enjoying my Tuesday evening with my Tea and Chicken Pakora. For this receipe I used 350 grams of boneless chicken, cut into stripes 1 teaspoon of ginger -garlic paste. 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunf) 2 chopped green chillies (optional ) 4 teaspoon of refined flour 4 teaspoon of rice flour 8-10 curry leaves Salt to taste. In a bowl combine chicken stripes, ginger -garlic paste, fennel seeds , chopped green chilies, torn curry leaves and salt to taste. Mix all the Ingredients well. Then add rice flour, refined flour nd sprinkle some water nd mix again . Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop portions of chicken mixture into the kadai nd fry them in medium heat until golden brown and crispy . Drained them out in a absorbent paper. Serve hot !!
