Enslaved, Abandoned in Dongguan A 67-year-old mentally handicapped man from Sichuan, missing from his family for the last 15 years, was found in Dongguan and returned to his family. Cheng Tianshu went missing while employed, along with his son, at a construction site in Ningbo. Taken in from the street by the Dongguan Salvation Management Station at the end of 2013, he said he had worked for a construction company without pay doing jobs in Tianjin, Shenyang and Nanjing until his abandonment in Dongguan. After contact with his family, who reportedly thought him dead, was made, Mr. Cheng was put on a train to return to his hometown. (news.sun0769)
