Entire Church Group at Chair City Community Church Message from: Dave Tralongo Hello my friends, I heard it said once that Thanksgiving is not about what goes into your mouth but what comes out of your mouth. :) I like what Paul says in Colossians: Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. So take the time today to pause and thank God. As you visit with friends and family , those you enjoy being around and those your not thrilled to be around, consider the scripture above. Whatever you do , do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. So in deed and action or spoken out loud or spoken to yourself give thanks to God in all things today in every way today. Your enjoyment of the day will increase from the company of people to the taste of food :) Remember to cheer for my Steelers as they play tonight on TV - a cool treat. one more thing : Philippians 1:2-6 2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.3 I thank my God every time I remember you. 4 In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
