Ephesians 2:1, 2 ✞ And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience … ☞ In 1 Corinthians 2:14-3:3, Paul distinguishes between three types of people in relation to life in the Spirit: natural persons, spiritual persons and fleshly persons. ☞ Ephesians 2:1-3 contains a concise description of the natural person Paul identified in 1 Corinthians 2:14 ✞ This person is spiritually dead, separated from God .. Living independently from God, the natural person sins as a matter of course. ☞ The natural person has a soul in that he can think, feel and choose ✟ But his mind and subsequently his emotions and his will is directed by his flesh which acts completely apart from the God who created him ✟ The natural person may think he is free to choose his behavior .. But since he lives in the flesh, he invariably walks according to the flesh and his choices reflect the deeds of the flesh listed in Galatians 5:19-21 ✟ The natural persons actions, reactions, habits, memories and responses are all governed by the natural world. The natural person will struggle with feelings of inferiority, insecurity, inadequacy, guilt, worry and doubt. ☞ The natural person lives independently of God and His purposes and does not respond to life in harmony with Gods plan for him. ☞ Living in a stressful age with no spiritual base for coping with life or making positive choices, the natural person is even more subject to physical ailments, such as tension or migraine headaches, nervous stomach, hives, skin rashes, allergies, asthma, some arthritis, spastic colon, heart palpitations, respiratory ailments, etc. Doctors agree that many physical problems are psychosomatic. Possessing peace of mind and the calm assurance of Gods presence in our lives positively affects our physical health, since the Spirit gives life to the body .. Romans 8:11 ✞ஜ۩۞۩✞ Satan, aka the devil, aka the advesary, enemy and deceiver is also called by God, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience ... he is the prince of the AIR & airwaves so this is why it it is of paramount importance that we disciples take over this medium known as Facebook for the Kingdom so that sheep and not goats rule here, as we share and spread the Gospel of Christ Jesus... . some days, youre the Top Dog . . . and some days, youre the bottom dog, but even if youre dyslexic either one spells GOD, who is IS THE BIG KAHUNA!! RUFFFF!! AGAIN: Romans 8:26, 27 ✞ The Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. . . . He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God . . We really dont know how to pray or what to pray for, but the Holy Spirit does and He will help us in our weakness ♝✙♝ Help is a fascinating word in Greek ✞ (Sunantilambano), two prepositions placed in front of the word take .. The Holy Spirit comes alongside, bears us up, and takes us to the other side. The Holy Spirit connects us with God. He intercedes for us on our behalf ♝✙♝ The prayer that the Holy Spirit prompts us to pray is the prayer that God the Father will always answer. How does the Holy Spirit help us in our weakness? .. By taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ .. 2 Corinthians 10:5 .. Let me warn you that if you passively listen to your thoughts, you may end up paying attention to a deceiving spirit!! .. 1 Timothy 4:1, which comes cloaked as a message from God ... ratchet up your discernment through the indwelling Holy Spirit .. we keep striving and telling of our personal relationship with God .. then, Get personal with Him .. speak to Him, not with opulent, oracles of prayer, but rather by opening your heart and mind to Him, as through a broken heart He may enter fully ~~~ ✞ DEEP CALLS TO DEEP ~~~ ♝✙♝✞♝✙♝ Every human should live for Gods glory!!!!!! So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God .. 1 Corinthians 10:31 ✟ If God made us for His glory, it is clear that we should live for His glory. Our duty comes from His design. So our first obligation is to show Gods value by being satisfied with all that He is for us. This is the essence of loving God .. Matthew 22:37, and trusting Him .. 1 John 5:3-4, and being thankful to Him .. Psalm 100:2-4 .. It is the root of all true obedience, especially loving others .. Colossians 1:4-5 ✟ “Count (Heggemia) it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
