Equal representation of all the nationalities in National Assembly of Pakistan is the need of day and the solution of many problems. Why it is so? Why not equal representation? The seats in the National Assembly referred to in clause (1), except as provided in clause (4), shall be allocated to each Province, the Federally Administered Tribal Areas and the Federal Capital as under- General Seats Women Total Balochistan 14 3 17 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 35 8 43 Punjab 148 35 183 Sindh 61 14 75 Federally Administered Tribal Areas 12 - 12 Federal Capital 2 - 2 Total 272 60 332 Why our elder,our politicians our nationalists and our democrat,s doesnt Demond the constitutional reforms? As Pakistanies didnt become one nation during 67 years of coexistence,they remain and ,ll remain Baloach,Kashmiri,Muhajir,Sindhi,Sraeki,Pashtoon and punjabi,so it is the need of time,the need of the day to bring constitutional reforms,constitutional changes for the betterment of the life of the citizen of this God given state. If we wants to walk with world in the same step we have and we must to change our basic laws,rules and regulations. First of all we have to equalize the deputies of all the provinces in National Assembly of the country,we have to bring changes in chapter 2 of the 3rd part of the constitution of the country.it ,ll manage to end the supremacy and domination of one nation or one province in the solution of the tasks and problems of the country which she face.only through such a parliament we can pass the issues honestly which ,ll be acceptable for all the nationalities of the country and hopefully justified. With this connection: My suggestion is to select such deputies amongst the elected MPA,s not through general election as it happens now,the number of deputies is discussable Second we have to remove the seats for women and minorities as all the citizen of the country are equal in rights in the front of law and according to our constitution. Third The number of senators should also be equal from all the territories but they should be elected generally. We also have to remove the special seats in senate for women and minorities as all the citizens of Pakistan have equal rights according to the constitution of the country.as I mentioned already. I think beside the provincial autonomy,clean and transparent electoral system,the equality of all the citizens ,all the nationalities and all the provinces can bring us to a bright future. (NB!! If some one ,ll write that Punjab is the most populated province of the country,I am going to suggest them:let the Punjab provincial assembly have 400 deputies for the service of their people) FSK
