Equip for Equality, a nonprofit legal services organization serving people with disabilities, seeks a service-minded individual for a part time (three days per week) position as a Human Resources Generalist. The selected individual will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support in areas such as recruitment, salary and benefit management, records management, communications and operations support. We seek an individual with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field and 5-7 years of prior HR experience in a professional service organization. The selected person will possess a customer-focused perspective with a willingness to partner with others and project a can-do attitude as well as demonstrated success in the management of benefit plans and fiduciary reporting. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with other software programs customarily found in business.
