Equipment-free HIIT workout. All you need is a set of stairs (preferably at least 12 stairs) and your body. If you have any injuries be sure to modify as needed. The Ladder: 10 burpees at the bottom, run up and down stairs 10 times. 9 burpees at the bottom, run up and down stairs 9 times. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. The length of the workout depends on how quick you move and how long your stairs are. I just did this with 24 stairs & hit every other stair half of the time - took 18 minutes. Happy Training!
