But Linsker’s morally degenerate attorney said there’s no way for prosecutors to prove the bag belonged to his client. Linsker was spotted carrying a large garbage can on the walkway of the bridge above the traffic lanes during the protests against the police killings of black criminals. Protesters had been tossing debris at police on the bridges lower level at the time.
