PLACE A SMALL PIECE OF CHEESE..THIS MORNING WE HAD BRIE, BUT BLUE CHEESE IS ALSO GREAT WITH THIS RECIPE, RIGHT ON THE TOP AND PLACE IN AN OVEN PREHEATED TO 375, FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, JUST UNTIL THE BREAD IS CRISP AND THE CHEESE IS LIGHTLY SOFTENED. WHEN THEY COME OUT, DRIZZLE WITH HONEY AND SERVE. ONE OF THE NICE THINGS ABOUT THIS RECIPE IS THAT ITS SUPER VERSATILE. IF HONEY ISNT YOUR THING, YOU CAN ADD JUST A LITTLE BIT OF FRUIT PERSERVE ON TOP. OR YOU COULD SLICE A FIG OR A STRAWBERRY TO ADD TO THE CHEESE.
