Esperance Care Services has been supporting the Esperance Community since 1996 by providing assistance to people in our region experiencing hardship or crisis, including people who are homeless. ECS is a dynamic not for profit organisation that encourages people to identify their strengths, find hope and encouragement. All are welcome. As well as operating a thrift shop, ECS has several other programmes including Emergency Relief ( vouchers and/or food hampers, clothes and furniture), Training, Pastoral Counselling, Youth Work, Referral and Advocacy. ECS also works in partnership with many local agencies to assist clients to connect within our local community. ECS is seeking interested people to join our amazing team of volunteers. Several positions are currently available including: Shop assistants, Clothes sorters, Rag cutters, Furniture Supervisor, Furniture Delivery and Pick-up, Clothing Bins emptying, Cleaners. If you have half an hour or more to spare....and would like to get involved.......please give us a call.
