Sullivan Chime..Please,i want to know if these taps that was installed in front of our compounds for over a year now by the government is just for decoration as it has never given us water for oneday *or is that not the function a tap?*..we have not even entered dry season proper and we are already battling water scarcity ..while we have a beautiful tap standing elegantly in front of our compound doing nothing,please sir,is it for decoration?Thank you sir!
