Ethiopia set for Iraq friendly Ethiopia are set to clash with Iraq in an international friendly to be played in Jordan on Friday. The Ethiopian football Federation(EFF) confirmed the new development after missing out on friendlies with Cameroon and Burkina Faso. EFF President Junedin Bashah intimated to Supersport the new development saying we are happy to have secured the Iraq friendly which will go a long way in preparing our team ahead of the important Nigeria clash. We might have missed on some top friendlies but Iraq are a very strong side that cannot be underrated, Junedin told supersport. Ethiopia will travel to Jordan on Wednesday before coming back to Addis Ababa on Sunday just days before their travel to Nigeria for the penultimate return match against the Super Eagles.
