Even a super weird lady helped Cookies out today with distractions! She talked directly to him. Pretty bold. I know its sassy of me to tease but I seriously will never understand why people feel the need to make eye contact with a strange dog, and then talk to the dog. Very odd behavior to me. If you want to make a dog in a strange place feel comfortable, ignore the dog. Resist your urge to talk to the dog, or attempt to pet the dog.
