Even after 30 years of its happening the successive Governments failed to bring the culprits of 1984 Sikh genocide in Delhi to justice. Widows and orphaned children still have tears in their eyes and demand that all responsible for the genocide should be brought to justice immediately. Aam Aadmi Party feels the pain of the sufferers and strongly condemn the inaction on the part of Congress, ,BJP & Akalis. In order to share the grief of the sufferers of 1984 Delhi genocide and show unconditional solidarity with them 1. AAP chief Sh. Arvind Kejriwal has given a call & will address a rally?? Insaaf Ki Pukar on 1st November 2014 at Jail Road New Delhi at 0500 pm. At the same time in the evening 0630 pm all AAP volunteers? at all possible places in Punjab and Delhi will hold candle Marches to wake the sleeping government? And to bring to justice all responsible for the 1984 genocide. 2. We press that the SIT setup by Sh. Arvind Kejriwal as Chief Minister of Delhi during 49 days of AAP Governance in Delhi should be made operational immediately. Operationalisation of SIT will only give justice to the widows and orphans of this worst genocide in Indian history. All responsible should be brought to justice without any delay and SIT is the only SPV to do this job judiciously. 3. Delhi police has already investigated the cases against Jagdish Tytler and others. Regarding this Sh. H S Phoolka has written a detailed letter to Deputy Chief Minister Punjab and asked him through this letter to press upon SAD alliance partner in Delhi I.e. BJP to file charge sheets against the culprits and people responsible for 1984 carnage immediately and not shed crocodile tears on this human tragedy unparalleled in Indian history. 4. AAP MPs will move a resolution in the coming winter session of Parliament to condemn this genocide by passing a resolution in the Parliament. If the central government will not act on this long pending issue AAP will announce its new action plan in the next week.
