Evening..... Im looking to a) raise the deposit (25%) on anther HMO purchase, and b) on the same property find a 75% LTV interest only Buy to Let mortgage. But told that TMW (The Mortgage Works) are the only lenders available to me currently given a) Residential Lettings is my only income and b) I havent been operating for two years yet !! So my growth is really being strangled right now.. Any one aware of other options please ?
