This amazing, free Christmas event is an absolute blast for kids! Its put on every year by Trinity Baptist Church in Cordova. It is one of my familys favorite holiday traditions and I highly recommend it. As mentioned, the event is FREE but it is so popular that you have to reserve your time slot. Here is more info: Experience a magical, old-fashioned Christmas Village. Quaint shops offer activities, crafts, or small gifts for children. Come enjoy seasonal music, the Village Church, live Nativity scene, puppet show, model train and an occasional snow shower! You will also want to be whisked away through the village to the North Pole to see Santa himself. Admission to the Village is FREE, however due to the popularity of this event, advance ticket reservations are required. We have to restrict the number of children at each session so your reservations are good only for the session selected. If you must make a change, please cancel your reservation and make another reservation for another time. Reservations may be made until the final session Sunday, December 15th. Sign up now before the event is booked up! Here is the link to make your advance reservations: thealpinevillage.org/index.asp --I got a message from one of Santas elves last night!!!!! How exciting!
