Ever been in a crappy relationship? I was smack in the middle of one 30 years ago. Some of you fb friends might even remember meeting the guy. He was a real pip. No physical abuse but the emotional abuse was plentiful. I had zero self-esteem, felt totally beaten down, isolated, and trapped. With a little help from some friends & family, I was finally able to get out of that situation and make a good life for myself – though it took a lot of support and help from others. Not everyone has friends or family they can turn to when this happens. Programs like Cornucopia (watch the video) provides that help and support.
