Ever eat at a restaurant and one friend decides to pay with their card, so everyone else pays them cash? I have many times, so it dawned on me that there should be a word for this. This is henceforth to be known as a "Roundup". Example A: Are we going to split the check? B: Well I only have my card, so we can just do a roundup. A: Okay I will give you some cash. Feel free to use this term as you please.
