Ever heard of the term ‘Tank Top Training’? It’s a term we gym junkies use for people who ONLY train the muscles you see. Not good at all for muscular balance and good posture! Men are notorious for doing it but women do it too. We all have our favourite body parts to train. Personally, I love chest, shoulders and tricep days. As for legs and back – yuk! As a general rule, our favourite body parts respond well to exercise and as such we progress physically and visually much more in that area, whilst the other areas just lag behind and look under developed. Here are some tricks I use to make sure I train my least favourite and weakest body parts: 1) Do them early on in the week so it’s done and dusted! 2) Hire a Personal Trainer as there’s no escaping 3) Train my lagging body parts at least twice per week
