Ever since I have given glowing feedback in the Coles surveys for individual staff members (I fill them out a lot - dont knock it -- at $5 off for your next $100 purchase, its become a second income - haha), I am treated like royalty by the staff every time I go into the store. They fall over themselves to help me. Literally come running from all directions. Need to wear sunglasses for when I want to go incognito (Ive created a monster) ha I feel like this, except, instead of diamonds, make that cheap groceries.
