Every 90 days to a year the mlm junkies are pitching a different opportunity. They offer overnight success, quick riches, perfect timing and benefits that are not a result of hard work. There are some really great opportunities available but whats more important than the actual opportunity is the person you are joining. Its kind of personal to me when I see people get excited about this industry and all of their hard work falls apart due to selfish motive and personal interest through putting all of their trust in their leader. It usually never has anything to do with the company. Some junkies have no following and some have a huge following of people that are investing their time and energy and money to the next big deal and they were already in a great opportunity. If you like your company and you believe you have a fair pay plan stop following people that dont take your best interest at heart. You have got to learn to think for yourself. You may as well have just kept a job, and as long as you keep jumping companies playing follow the leader thats exactly where you will find yourself. On a job. Give your opportunity at least 3-5 years of hard work. And if you want to leave, make sure its because of your own choice. Long term, credibility in this industry will make you or break you. In the early 2000s I left my first opportunity that I put my heart into because our upline leader left and took a under the table payout. 2 years later after I realized how this game was played, I said never again. I said if I ever find a company with the right leadership, product and pay plan I am planting my flag. Here I am today. 4 and a half years later. Just as excited as I was on Day 1. If you are looking for great leadership and someone that is going to help you, evaluate their track record first. Congrats to all of you that lead with integrity.
