Every Government is based on some idiology some principle and what they believe in. During Moie era, his goverment was based on rhetoric road side declaration and politiocal emasculation. the i dea was to keep the people very poor so that they can always be dependent on the gov. corruption was the order of the day and Moi succeeded through his infamous fuata nyayo philosophy. When kibaki took over power his administartion was anchored on the fight against corruption and economic developemt. He badly failed to fight corruption but secceeded in establishing the infrastrure that is necessary for economic growth like the road network esp. in Nirobi and central. Four months down the line and still i cant tell what Jubilee gov. is anchored on. When Kibaki took over power atleast within 1OOdays we could atleast talk of something tangibale the gov. had done like free primary school. the Jubilee gov, seems to be totally grounded and not sure what to do. The only thing they seem to secceed in is extravagance in spending the tax payers money, increasing the taxes and intimidationg the workers. at the end of the day there is no service delivery to Wanjiku and S/he continues to languish in poverty.When then is this Digital goverment going t kick off? how i wish they could take on to devolution and run very fast with it then thats the only way they could identify with the Wanjiku. Just thinking!!!!!!!!
