Every day I send my children go to school, tidy the room and cook meals. Honestly, As I accomplish the everyday’s job, I for ever lie in the sofa to watch TV. Whiles I would like to have a transform. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to seek after a fine mode of life. But I am too slothful to take the first step. I for ever have excuses, for example, I would like to join a Yoga course and my friends suggested me several clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher appears not good. It’s very far away from my house. The time plan isn’t suit to me” and so on.
