Every day around 25 000 people die from starvation,thats almost 9,2 million a year..or almost 650 million in our lifetime...yet most of us dont even bat a eye lid at those digging in our dustbins for food,we ignore the thin,starving beggers at the robots..or those that knock on our doors..we indulge ourselves with food,often wasting and throwing away uneaten food..whilst there on the corner of the street lays a homless person starving..In todays world it seems like people are more concerned about animals in shelters,than their fellow man starving,or being raped,or abused or murdered..Where is the love,kindness,generosity and sympathy?
