Every member of Congress (Democrats and Republicans alike) and every justice in the Supreme Court knew this in 2007 and 2008 while Obama was campaigning for the presidency --- as well as thereafter -- but instead of objecting to Obamas ineligibility to assume the Office of President and informing the voting public of his ineligibility they have been refusing to follow the electoral procedure required in 3 U.S.C. 15, i.e., refusing to object and refusing to make the call for objections to establish whether or not Obama is a qualified President elect. Instead, they have been conspiring with Obama against the rule of law, i.e., acting in a seditious conspiracy against the Government of the United States while overtly assembling an army against We the People.
