Every storm reveals the depth of our faith & whom we have faith in...storms limit the distance we can see. Storms are most frightening when we are alone. But storms also increase our appreciation for the ensuing sunshine. Storms STRENGTHEN OUR RESOLVE TO OVERCOME! Great message today at church! I have had more storms than just my MS and will continue to have storms; we all have our own storms in life. Yet another amazing moment though yesterday occurred as I was coming up on my last mile to the finish line along the beautiful ocean. While running I have a few Christian songs that come on that move me and bring me to tears as I run because Im so thankful to Him for holding my hand and my heart while going through my journey and drawing me closer to Him despite this diagnosis. Well as I came upon the ocean this song began playing (on shuffle) on my playlist...the waves were raging because a storm was rolling in. As the hit the ocean wall I was sprayed with ocean water and the tears flowed. Coincidence...never!
