Every time you lay hands on the sick in the name of Jesus and they recover, you are exercising the judgment of God against the devil and for the oppressed. The healing being manifest is an act of the righteousness of God, your cooperation with God to use Him to heal the sick is the grace and chesed/lovingkindness of God. Jer 9:23-24 23 Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: 24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth [through men]: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. But if you do not lay hands on the sick in the name of Jesus, then they will not recover. You decide this, not God. God has already made His decision; it is recorded in the Bible.
