Every year , today is such a mix of emotions for me. Sadness and empathy for all the innocent people that lost there lives and loved ones. Anger and frustration , that such evil exists in the world. Gratefulness for all the service people and their families, for protecting our great country. Pride, in the way way America responded.... not just with justifiable force.... but the outpouring of compassion for our own.. and a solidarity of country and citizenship. Determination... to learn from it and move forward applying all the lessons in my day to day life.... so today... again... I resolve to.. Take no unjustified crap from anyone, to selflessly help those that are less fortunate, to respect and thank our service people... out loud.. so they know, and to live each day to the fullest, telling those you love how you feel... leave no doubt in there minds, and be thankful for the opportunity to do that. Never forget.
