Every year we make valiant attempts at the perfect Christmas. Every year we learn what NOT to do. Here are some of the lessons learned this year: - Be very careful when washing good knives. - It is possible to avoid swearing if you have visitors. - Even shallow cuts on a finger generate a LOT of blood. - It is really hard to bandage wounds on your right hand when you are right-handed. I recommend getting assistance. - There are some jobs where Band-Aids just aren’t enough. - It is really annoying how LONG cuts on the tips of fingers can bleed. - It is amazing where you will find drops of blood when you are trying to clean up. - Typing is really hard when one finger is encased in gauze and white tape. Merry Christmas!
