Every yogi has Om-ha! moments.Sometimes these moments are subtle-one day you notice your heels are blearily touching the mat in Downward-Facing Dog,or you realize youve taken five deep breaths in a Tree Pose with toppling over.Other times theyd more obvious-like when you pull up into your first mid room Headstand.( look,Ma,no walls!) Both types of accomplishment inspire an inner Yes! and the feeling that youre making true progress on your path.
