Everyone is involved into the debate of the use of cracker or no cracker in Diwali. But I have a bit different opinion on it. The main reason behind NO CRACKERS Diwali is pollution and CRACKER Diwali people always consider the cultural values, traditions and the livelihood of the cracker producer workforce. Can we work on the GREEN CRACKERS for next Diwali? It is the big opportunity for the new entrepreneurs (I know it is capital intensive business). Government can help them through capacity building training, research on such technology and its transfer to such entrepreneurs. As well as Govt can provide the training to the existing Cracker Producer work forces though their skill development program. Such solution will solve the problem in the society and maintain the inclusiveness of the country. What are your views???
