Everyone say HI to Baby Finley! He is our newest foster kid Well, Finley has been through so much in his 3.5 months. As you can see someone chopped off his ears:( Not only has he endured that, he survived jumping out of the bed of a pickup truck on the highway only to be scooped up by a man on a scooter that witnessed the whole thing. The man slowed down, scooped Finley up, put him in his bag and drove him to the shelter. Thats where they noticed Finn had a broken leg and called one of our HBAR volunteers. The surgeon got Finn in for surgery promptly and now he is on the road to recovery. Finns surgery will cost Homeward Bound Animal Rescue approximately $1,200 which is a HUGE chunk out of our medical fund. We need to help Finn pay off his surgery.
