Everyone should remember Basil...he and Rosemary were born under our care about 5 months ago (I included his baby pic)....mom Ginger and baby Rosemary have been adopted and are in their loving homes ...Basil was also adopted but just came back to us tonight..no fault of his own..as hard as we try to find the perfect match up sometimes people just dont understand the effort necessary for puppies !!! After a quick stop at his original foster home, The Glovers, where he was born & after lots of excitement and hugs, he was off to his temp foster home!! Mom Ginger was a mini cattle dog/Jack Russell terrier 15lbs.. and now as Basil grows up we think he may be mixed with collie or sheltie ...he is all puppy...does fine with cats other dogs and kids..as always we would recommend kids over the toddler stage with a puppy this size & with this energy level....Basil needs an active family..that can provide lots of exercise, socialization & on going training !!! We will get it right this go round for him...he deserves that from us!!! Welcome back Basil!!! Settle in and we will find you what you need!!!
