Everyone touched by the fire community has a little heavier heart today as we reflect on the tragic Line of Duty Deaths in Toledo. We are called to grieve with those who grieve but we are also called to action, to serve, to stand strong. And thats tough to do when we are in a pile of tears, frozen by the grief. Stand strong ladies. Stand strong for your firefighter as he goes off to work with a need to focus on details for his own safety. Stand strong because its what we want to show our children. But stand real, not in denial.
