Everyone who knows me... knows that I am 3x a week Zoes customer, they even catered my graduation party from UA. I ultimately disapprove of this is so many ways. There are thousands of eligible candidates for corporate leadership in Birmingham but Zoes never took a step forward in recruitment from this city. I know this for a fact. As a marketing professional obsessed with the business, I will admit I looked for careers listed on their website at least 10x in the past two years with seeing nothing but catering managers or store managers or cashier positions available. ZERO corporate jobs listed. I wish I had proof. There is something fishy in this story and it is a HUGE disappointment for me, a 100% local, 100% avid customer. Oh well #Zoes, who wants to take their place? I can think of a few, #steelcitypops
