Everything is spot on with Mustang Lake. Oxygen levels are 100% and the carp are loving their break from the anglers (so am I). The lake will be open as normal this Monday, 22nd. For the time being it will be boilies only, freezer baits please, plus I ask you all to use bait on the steady side. Do not pile in kilos. I dont want particles, pellet, ground bait, maggot, meat or any other stuff like that on the fishery. The reason being is I want to keep the organic load to a minimum to reduce the amount of algae growth. As I dont want to take any chances. You can still crush and chop boilies for PVA bag or spod mixes, but please no other baits for the time being. I know none of the regulars will mind as they all know the carp in Mustang love a good quality boilie over anything else. PVA bag of chopped boilies with 20-30 boilies catapulted over the top is what catches 90% of Mustang carp. If any of you have questions please message me.
