Yesterday, at Ft Desotos North Beach, a family was carrying their child followed by a cart loaded with oxygen and other equipment. He had respirator oxygen via trach. They placed him on the shore where he could enjoy the waves and sand lapping on him, like everyone else. What troopers! See this kid below in his Wheelchair. :-)
