Executive sous-chef - five stars property Doha, Qatar As an Executive Sous Chef you are responsible to assist the Executive Chef in the day to day operation, taking over all responsibilities during his absence while striving for the highest possible guest satisfaction. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or 2 years as executive sous-chef in a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Successful candidate will have a previous experience of managing a team of 40+ chefs in a multicultural environment. Previous experience in Middle-East is a plus.
