#Exercise Goblet squat #GobletSquat can be done with a wide range of weights, such as the dumbbells, etc...I prefer using the kettlebell as it is specifically designed for this workout. Benefits: #Glutes (a$$) #Abs (stomach) #Quads (thighs) #Hamstrings #Lowerback #Form & #Movement 1. Grab your weight & cup your hands under it. Make sure your elbows are close to rib. 2. Separate your feet hip width apart w/ toes pointing slightly outward. 3. Keep chin & gaze forward. Weight is snugged into your chest. 4. As you begin to lower your bottom, make sure your hips go BACK & DOWN. 5. Keep your shoulders over your hips & knees behind toes. 6. Make sure you INHALE on the way DOWN. 7. Once at the at bottom, EXHALE as you stand back up keeping the same form as when you went down. 8. Make sure you breathe!
