Exercise Of The Week: Kettle bell Clean & Jerk This a full body exercise working shoulder muscles and legs. The aim of the exercise is to pull the kettle bell up from the floor and push overhead in two movements. Clean the kettle bell up by extending your legs and hips. Rotate your wrists so palms are facing up. Dip by bending the legs, keeping your body upright. Drive heels into the ground and press the kettle bell above head Return kettle bell to start position & repeat. Primary Muscles - Shoulders - Legs Secondary Muscles - Core
