#Exercise of the Day: Plank on the Beach Here is a simple exercise that will carve up your mid-section, and the best part is you can do it anywhere: in your house, at the gym, or even on the beach! It doesnt matter if you can only hold your plank for 20 seconds in the beginning. Keep at it until you can hold it for at least 60 seconds (90 or 120 is even better!).
