Exercise routine you can do at home (video included) Level : Beginner to Intermediate Exercises : 1) Squats - 10x 2) Push Up (choose a level that suits you) - 5x 3) Long Lever Crunches - 5x Each Side 4) Prisoner Lunges with Rotations - 6x 5) Pike Shoulder Push Up - 5x 6) Squat to Squat Jump - 5x 7) High Plank Leg Lifts - 8x 8) Mountain Climbers - 20x Instructions: Perform the 8 exercises one after the other without rest. But you can rest if you need it. After the 8th exercise, rest anywhere between 1 minute to 3 minutes depending on your fitness level. Repeat 2 to 3 more times. As your fitness level develops, progress to performing up to 6 to 8 rounds. Try out this routine 3 to 4 times a week. Helping you to stay fit - Coach Esvaran.
