Exhausted and tired and stressed and drained.... But rather than keep things going as they are and hoping beyond hope we are organizing, strategizing, and prepping... Reality is we have three areas that are depending on us pulling this together.... My dogs, cats, and horses/donkey need to make sure their monthly funds are not short.... Rescue dogs and cats need vet care and need to eat the food they are use to rather than shorting them by going cheap or delaying vet care any longer than possible (spay/neuters).... and then we have the 2 legger who has that twinkling excitement knowing that December is finally here.... So there are certain things that need to happen to make sure none of those areas fall short. So here it is on covering the rescue side of things.... We owe right over $3000 right now.... $5000 needs to be raised to cover things 100% at vet this month..... I have bought $580 worth of food, puppy pads, and litter this month.... We still need 17 bags of food to get us through the month on dog food and 6 bags of cat food... or about $1000 worth needed for food/supplies..... Fundraisers on going are Can drive which I need a few good volunteers that could help pick up cans.... Pie Fundraiser which is going really slow right now but holding hope it picks up in the end... Bakesale in planning for mid month.... Adoptions to recover previous vet costs.... Donations towards care and expenses..... Wreath auctions and blanket auction.... Doggy Christmas wish list in the works..... Search for coupons towards food costs and litters.... This is doable and has to succeed.... Just gotta keep the faith....
