Exodus Gods and Kings Meshuga Movie Review We are having a perfectly lovely Chanukah party. Wholly Moses! Our dog, Bob, licks all the potato latkes and pees under the Chanukah bush. My nine-year-old nephew teaches the younger kids how to gamble by spinning the dreidel. When Mr. Schmeckel’s wallet goes missing, the lovely party turns into I didn’t do it. He did it. The derelicts trained Bob to steal the wallets. I punish the small schmeckels by forcing them to listen to the details of Henry’s prostate exam. I am the hostess, after all. What? it’s a foreshadowing of things to come for them. And, Father Patrick, the neighborhood, hottie priest, never throws away his invitation. He loves bringing his big ham. He waits all year to chew on Henry’s brisket. It’s tradition. And, Exodus: Gods and Kings movie is no exception. All the plagues come out to play. The burning bush makes an appearance. Moishe talks to himself. The Hebrews think he’s nutsy-cuckoo. What Moishe is really doing is questioning God. Normally, that’s a big no no, but God lets it’s slide. It is really hot in that desert and who has the energy to argue. When God finally recognizes Moishe as the deliverer, Moishe has been swinging his big sword around for years. Who do you think teaches him? The Egyptian shiksas who are masters at slapping on that war paint. I give Exodus:Gods and Kings 8 out of 10 meshugas. Henry, stop that. Mr. Pipnik and Henry are so drunk they decorate the Chanukah bush with beer cans. Tonight, Im going to circumcise Henry for the second time.
