Professional, reputable, and successful collection agency in Rancho Cordova is looking for responsible people to accommodate recent growth. We are presently accepting applications from experienced collection professionals. Bi-lingual is a plus. Job Description You will be responsible for working with consumers to obtain past due payments over the phone. This will include updating and maintaining records, calling on delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment terms, credit card verifications, and all other tasks involved with receiving payments. Our ideal candidate is organized, has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, is comfortable on the phone and can handle diverse situations. We offer a comfortable and positive work environment. You will be part of a team that prides themselves on helping each other to obtain set goals. Expereince with Student Loans and/or Banking debt is helpful, but not required. This position relies on heavy phone work. Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills are critical.
